Nasty Bites

On October 13, 2024, the pop-up food event Nasty Bites took place at Lager Lager, a bar and bottle shop in Berlin, which I organized together with fine-dining chef Geers Bechmann.
The name Nasty Bites plays with the ambivalence of the word nasty — sensual, provocative, and indulgent. This attitude defined the culinary concept: fine-dining–level fried chicken and crispy corn fritters formed the heart of the evening.
My responsibilities included art direction as well as project and production management. In addition to developing the visual and conceptual framework, I coordinated the design team, curated content, and oversaw social media communication to promote the event.

Am 13. Oktober 2024 fand im Lager Lager, einer Bar und Bottleshop in Berlin, das Pop-up Food Event Nasty Bites statt, das ich gemeinsam mit dem Fine-Dining-Koch Geers Bechmann organisierte.
Der Name Nasty Bites spielt mit der Ambivalenz des Begriffs nasty – sinnlich, provokativ und genussvoll. Genau diese Haltung prägte das kulinarische Angebot: Fried Chicken auf Fine-Dining-Niveau und frittierte Maisbällchen bildeten das Herzstück des Abends.
Meine Aufgaben umfassten die Art Direction sowie das Projekt- und Produktionsmanagement. Neben der visuellen und inhaltlichen Konzeption koordinierte ich das Gestaltungsteam, wählte Inhalte aus und verantwortete die Social-Media-Kommunikation, um das Event nach außen zu tragen.
